Chicago : City of Sports

If you like american sports, Chicago is just a great place. This is the home of the Cubs...the chicagoan beloved baseball team , not the more successfull though. And the Chicago Bulls....dont think i need to talk about it

Chicago : All about Modern Art

Perhaps, one of the most particular thing in Chicago...the city is full of modern art master pieces...Here are some of the most famous ones, such as "The Picasso" (the middle pic) or one of Dubuffet (below one)... I worked on this artist when I was at primary school...Funny to find him back 6000kms from home.

Chicago : The Sears Tower

This is the biggest tower in North America , something like 1554 feet high. It makes it very impressive, you can see it from almost everywhere in the city...especially when you land on O'hare airport.

Chicago : The "El"

This is the famous Chicago elevated train, made famous by ER episodes...that I used to watch a lot...and when I was getting in, I was expecting Dr Green or Carter to be there :-)

Chicago : The Loop

Downtown Chicaco is encircled by an elevated train (The "El") and is called the Loop...A very busy area all the day long...

First stop : Detroit, Michigan

Before arriving in Chicago , I had a stop in Detroit, the great michigan state city (or not :-p). I only discovered a one mile straight long terminal with a elevated train to travel inside it. I like the States for those kind of crazy things.

United States , Here I come......back

After while without any travelling....it was about time to start again....destination : The United States of America and Chicago!!!! The Windy City in Illinois....my first time in "central" US!!!!! I have to admit , I did not expect that much from Chi Town....big mistake...a great discover...

For those who did not recognize...London and Ottawa Parliaments....let say one inspired the other....

The canadian Parliament

I had the luck to visit the Canadian Parliament, so here are some of the most important places for the canadian democracy, respectively the House of Representatives (above) and the Senate (below)...if you have questions about those two chambers and how it works, feel free to ask, i learnt a lot when visiting :-p...

Finally , the Parliament library....a nice one definitely....

Ottawa : Capital of CANADA

A small city in the middle of almost nowhere....here is the Canadian Capital...As an administrative city, life is going on quietly...
