La Poutine

When visiting French Canada....u really have to try a certain speciality called "Poutine". Perhaps the most famous dish in Quebec...This mix of french fries, Cheese and Sauce Brune creates a debate in the province, some french canadian dont like it at all, saying thats the worst junk food ever...some other just love it!!!! the legend says that the best moment to have it would be early in the morning when u get hungry after a night out drinking...
Personally, I really like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even at normal hours of lunch... :-p

How France is beloved in the States

When walking around in the italian neighbourhood of Boston, I discovered a great shop with a nice "devanture".Two ennemies : the New York Yankees and France...So the France/Italy rivalry developed from last Football competitions is not limited to France and Italy themselves....
And everyone like France...it's like well known :-p or not!!!!!!!!!
I dont have a clue why they dont like us....
who said "arrogant"????? :-)

One Laptop per Child...

Actually, I discovered the MIT inside...a friend of mine is doing an internship at OLPC (one laptop per child)..This operation leaded by Academicians from Boston but developed by brains from all over the world has for ambition to provide laptop as cheap as 100$ to children from "undevelopped" countries...
So we discovered the precious laptop before everyone...and ask a lot of questions about all that...The only thing I can say is that the project is well thought and developped....I was impressed...
The laptop is really cool and very easy to use...
Despite the criticisms, that's just a great ambition...
